Voyage Healthcare launch new nursing home in Leyland
Limetree Real Estates are delighted to have provided a full turnkey project for Voyage Healthcare in Leyland, Lancashire. Voyage healthcare are a specialist provider of Independent or Supported living units providing service for patients that need critical care. The project completed was a 10 bed Independent Living unit built in traditional construction, the building was handed over on time and delivered within budget, completion of the project was August 2009.
Limetree Real Estates is currently in discussions with this client on potentially working on sourcing and delivering multiple sites under the full turnkey banner.
