David has accumulated a wealth of knowledge in the acquisition of land and is a talented planning negotiator. He has successfully negotiated multi million pound land deals on behalf of a variety of clients including some blue chip companies.
A specialist skill of David’s is to recognise off market development opportunities and he has the skill to identify locations where an assembly of individual parcels of land can create an innovative solution to a specific clients requirements.
